Overview
Our exchange and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange or return.
ANY ITEMS YOU ARE LOOKING TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN NEED TO BE DISCUSSED THROUGH EMAIL. If you need to contact me, please email crafts.madeby.maya@gmail.com
To be eligible for an exchange, you must have a non-damaged product and choose another product or different color of the same product to exchange for. If your item being exchanged is seen as non-eligible by me, unfortunately, your exchange will not be accepted.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable patterns
- Cards (unless given special permission)
- Custom Crochet Items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Refunds are not supported for most of my work. However, if you would like a refund for something, please contact me with the details.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged when received or a color error had occured. CUSTOM ORDERS AND CARDS DO NOT QUALIFY.
